I had an excellent experience at The Grand Lux Hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of my room blew me away, and the staff were incredibly attentive, making my stay enjoyable. However, I did face some issues like mattress comfort and fire alarm concerns. Overall, it's a fantastic place in a great location, but there are a few things to be improved.
